Brokton is a native of the Finger Lakes and brings his excitement for food and wine to every aspect of the winery.  As a former stone mason, he knows the value of hard work and has been an integral part of the cellar team.  When not at work, Brok enjoys hiking, music and, dabbling in winemaking.
