GOLD MEDAL HONORS AT 2016 INDY INTERNATIONAL WINE COMPETITION – Results have been announced for the annual Indy International Wine Competition, held at Purdue University, in West Lafayette IN, this year including entries of more than 2,000 wines from around the world. Now in its 25th year, the Indy International Wine Competition is “the largest independent wine contest in the United States” and includes entries from private and commercial wine producers.

The 2014 Semi-Dry Riesling and Estate Red Cuvée from Lamoreaux Landing Wine Cellars were awarded gold medals in the 2016 competition. The 2014 Semi-Dry Riesling (Double Gold Medal winner at the 2015 New York State Wine & Food Classice) was awarded one of only five NYS gold medals for Rieslings, and the Estate Red Cuvée received one of only two NYS gold medals awarded in its category.
