This unique Cabernet Franc is aged in stainless steel tanks in France’s traditional Loire Valley style. The result is a smooth red wine showcasing a stunning violet color and aromas of sun-ripened blueberry, cedar and sweet basil. The palate is greeted with an array of black fruit juices spiced with sassafras and nutmeg. T23 is excellent on its own, and pairs wonderfully with grilled or roasted chicken, pork, or lamb with vegetables and fresh herbs.

Notes of baked apple, warm honey and petrol greet the nose, leading to apricot jam, ripe peach, and delicate pastry on the palate, balanced by a zip of acidity and cool minerality, with a lasting finish of vanilla and lemon curd. Enjoy on its own, or try with soft aged cheeses, scallops with beurre blanc, a summer cherry tart, or a roasted stuffed pork tenderloin.
